We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all Uromend products because we believe in the quality of our science-backed, daily high-dosed formula. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to try Uromend and see how it fits into your daily routine. 

 

Since Uromend is designed to provide long-term support for prostate and urinary health, we recommend giving it at least 30-60 days of consistent use to experience its full benefits.

 

Important: While we accept returns for opened products due to health and safety regulations cannot be resold and may be subjected to a standard restocking fee (see Refund section). If you'd like to request a return, please contact us at support@uromend.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a further return instructions for how to send your package back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@uromend.com. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

3. Cancelations

If you wish to cancel your order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order moves to the dispatch status, and we are unable to process cancellations.

 

Once your order is dispatched, no further resolution can be made until the items are delivered. If you still wish to return the item after dispatch, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and may incur a 30% restocking fee. Please note that the product must be unopened and untampered with. If the item has been opened or used, additional charges may apply.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

 

Important: Since opened products cannot be resold due to health and safety concerns, any returns for opened products will incur a 30% restocking fee. This fee helps protect us from fraudulent activity and ensures we adhere to strict safety standards.

 

If 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@uromend.com.

5. Case-by-Case Resolutions

While we adhere to strict health and safety guidelines, we understand that extenuating circumstances may arise. If you experience an issue or have concerns not addressed by the standard return policy, please contact us directly at support@uromend.com. We are open to case-by-case resolutions for specific issues or troubling experiences and will do our best to work with you.
