7. Subscription Terms and Automatic Renewals

Some Uromend products may be offered as part of a subscription purchase (auto-ship or subscribe & save).

 

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Uromend to automatically charge your payment method at the frequency disclosed at checkout (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days) until canceled.

 

Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle for the then-current price, plus applicable taxes and shipping.

 

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting support@uromend.com. Changes must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

 

Initial subscription orders may be eligible for refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy. Subscription renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed or shipped, except where required by law.

 

If a subscription payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess the payment. If payment cannot be completed, we reserve the right to pause or cancel the subscription.

 

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, frequency, or terms for future billing cycles.

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Use of such tools is at your own risk.

21. Consent and Mobile Messaging

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Urovera (including by checking a box at checkout, entering your phone number on our website, or subscribing through our subscription tools), you consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages, including transactional messages (such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and subscription notices) and marketing messages (such as promotions, product updates, and review requests).

 

Message frequency may vary. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
