Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Purchases Only)

We stand behind our high-dosed, 6-in-1 formula. Real change — better sleep, stronger flow, fewer nighttime bathroom trips — takes time, so you get a full 90 days. If you’re not satisfied with your first order of any Uromend product, contact us at support@uromend.com within 90 days of delivery and we’ll refund you in full. In most cases, no return required.

Important Notes

• Applies only to first-time purchases of a specific product.

• Limited to one refund per product per customer.

• Single bottle orders: No return needed — keep the bottle, we’ll refund you.

• Multi-bottle orders (3 or 6 packs): Keep the opened bottle; unopened bottles must be returned to receive your refund.

• Shipping, handling, and optional shipping protection fees are non-refundable.

• If you choose to exchange your product, the money-back guarantee no longer applies.

Recurring Subscription Orders

Subscription (autoship) orders are not eligible for the 90-day money-back guarantee. You can cancel or pause anytime from your account or by emailing support@uromend.com — if a renewal hasn’t shipped  yet, we’ll stop it before it goes out.


Once a renewal has shipped, refunds are available only under these conditions:


• Unopened items only.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Shipping, handling, and optional shipping protection fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Contact us at support@uromend.com as soon as possible to cancel. We’ll do our best to stop your order before it ships, but we can’t guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. No cancellation or restocking fees

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at
support@uromend.com. You don’t need to return it — we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full at no cost.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return any unopened bottles per our refund policy, then place a new order for the item you want.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping, handling, and optional shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
• On approved multi-bottle returns (first orders only), unopened bottles are returned at the
customer’s expense.
• For all other returns, including subscription orders, return shipping is the customer’s
responsibility.

Refunds

Once approved — and, for multi-bottle orders, once unopened bottles are received — refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post it. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact support@uromend.com

Non-Refundable Items

Except where required by law or approved on a case-by-case basis:
• Shipping, handling, and optional shipping protection fees
• Gift cards
• Promotional or free-gift items (must be returned to receive a refund on the paid portion of a bundle

Return Instructions

To initiate a return:
• Email support@uromend.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We’ll confirm and provide the return address. Don’t send anything back before you hear from us unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
• Mail unopened bottles to the address below.
