We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Uromend products because we believe in the quality of our science-backed, daily high-dosed formula. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to try Uromend and see how it fits into your daily routine.

Since Uromend is designed to provide long-term support for prostate and urinary health, we recommend allowing 30–60 days of consistent use to experience its full benefits.

Important: While we accept returns for opened products, they cannot be resold due to health and safety regulations and may be subject to a 30% restocking fee (see Refunds section below). Individual results may vary. If you experience any sincere issues or concerns after trying Uromend, please contact us directly at support@uromend.com.

Uromend is a dietary supplement, not a medical treatment. We do not claim to cure prostate or urinary issues. Our high-dosed, 6-in-1 scientifically backed blend of ingredients is designed to aid in managing symptoms over time. If you are seeking immediate or dramatic changes, we strongly recommend consulting your healthcare provider.

To request a return, please contact support@uromend.com. If your return is approved, we will provide further return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@uromend.com. We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

3. Cancelations

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support@uromend.com.

After 24 hours, your order enters dispatch status and cannot be canceled.

Once an order has been dispatched, no further action can be taken until delivery is completed. If you choose to return the item after dispatch, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and may incur a 30% restocking fee. Returned products must be unopened and untampered with. If the item has been opened or used, additional charges may apply or the return may be refused.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Important: Since opened products cannot be resold due to health and safety concerns, approved returns of opened products are subject to a 30% restocking fee. This fee helps protect against misuse and ensures compliance with strict safety standards.

Subscription orders and renewal charges are subject to the same refund eligibility outlined above. Refunds do not apply to subscription renewal orders that have already been processed or shipped.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact support@uromend.com.

Non-Refundable or Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds, except where required by law or approved on a case-by-case basis:

- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Sale or promotional items
- Downloadable digital goods

5. Return instructions

To initiate a return, please email support@uromend.com with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be authorized before being sent back. We reserve the right to reject unauthorized returns.

Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address via email. Do not send products back without confirmation.
