1. General

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.
 

Important: We cannot accept returns for opened containers or used products due to health and safety regulations for supplements.

If you'd like to request a return, please contact us at support@uromend.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

2. Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

3. Cancelations

If you wish to cancel your order, cancellations must be done within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order moves to the dispatch status, and we are unable to process cancellations.
 

Once your order is dispatched, no further resolution can be made until the items are delivered. At that point, if you still wish to return the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and may incur a restocking fee. Please note, the product must be unopened and untampered with. If the item has been opened or used, further charges may apply.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
 

If 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@uromend.com.

5. Case-by-Case Resolutions

While we adhere to strict health and safety guidelines, we understand that extenuating circumstances may arise. If you experience an issue or have concerns not addressed by the standard return policy, please contact us directly. We are open to case-by-case resolutions for specific issues or troubling experiences.
